While at Iron Bark Ridge Services, our employees are trained to the highest standards so that we can provide the highest quality demanded by our valued customers.

Throughout the years, many local indigenous people have benefited greatly from employment with us.

Troy Fisher, aged 29 (an indigenous team member of Iron Bark Ridge Fencing Team) has been with the team since August 2007. Troy's expertise in rural fencing was obtained under the guidance of the Foundation's Rural Service Manager, Danny Hoogstraten. Troy is now a full time employee and frequently leads his own team.
